Today, TEG Live and 77 Live Events are proud to announce that two-time Academy and Grammy Award Winner, A. R. Rahman is making his triumphant return to Australia for the first time in seven years, with his electrifying LIVE concert!
The renowned Indian Music Composer, Director and Philanthropist will bring his global sell-out LIVE TOUR to Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Thursday 17 October 2024 and Sydney’s ICC Sydney Theatre on Saturday 19 October 2024.
Pre-sales begin from Wednesday 21 August 2024 at 10am local time before the General Public On Sale from Friday 23 August 2024 at 11am local time.
A.R. Rahman is renowned as the man who redefined contemporary Indian music. Rahman has sold more than 150 million copies of his work comprising of music from more than 100 film soundtracks and albums across over half a dozen languages, including landmark scores such as Roja, Bombay, Dil Se, Taal, Lagaan, Vandemataram, Jodhaa Akbar, Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours and many more.
